Health and safety are the building blocks of personal and academic success. Cornell has offices, services and organizations in every corner of the campus that offer assistance, support, intervention, reporting and advocacy.
Cornell Health is a nationally recognized leader in health care with an integrated approach to well-being. And it is just one element in our efforts to care for our community. Simply put: Cornellians are committed to taking care of ourselves and looking out for one another.
Safety is a top priority for the university. There are several departments at Cornell committed to public safety, emergency preparedness, gorge safety, and environmental health and safety. The Cornell University Police are on campus and on call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
